Pam Neighbors offers twenty years of experience in artistic tattooing, permanent make-up, camouflage tattooing, skin needling, scar relaxation, and recently, a unique tattoo removal and lightening process. She has worked closely with some of Seattle’s top plastic surgeons in both their offices, and as referrals, in her state-of-the art salon. An artist by nature, Pam listens closely to each client, designing unique body art and expert permanent make-up for brows and eyeliner. Her tattoos have won multiple awards at tattoo shows, and her clients span the length of the country.
After opening her first salon in 1979, Pam was introduced to Cosmetic Tattooing the 1980’s. Her clients include both men and women, executives and professionals, teachers and moms. Her commitment to providing breakthrough techniques in her field have allowed her to become one of the only providers of the new non-laser tattoo removal and lightening process in Washington State. Pam has been a licensed manicurist and esthetician since 1978.
